The only way a reunion would've been possible is if Mike's
career had tanked while Don's succeeded. The fact that
Don's the one who tanked it and is now doing a REALLY bad
podcast while Mike is doing just fine, basically guarantees
that Don will never do it. Don was absolutely convinced he
would hit it out of the park post Don & Mike. Since that
didn't happen, he's way too embarrassed to reconvene the old
show. Also, Don would insist on being the boss of any D&M
project and Mike's totally done with that. He's said
repeatedly over the years that he allowed Don to be in
charge because it was basically the only way a partnership
with Don would work. Those days are long gone. The bridge
burning with Buzz doesn't help the situation either. Oh,
and reason they never transitioned to/reunited on Satellite?
No one asked them to . . . (sad but true).

Don and Mike? Give your head a shake.
His show was off of wjfk within a year,
got hired with the edge, fired from that
within a year. Walked off the final show
which made him even more unemployable.
He's made multiple comments about how the
money he makes from the podcast isn't
worth it. He wrote a book which sold about
300 copies and made him no money. He was
underwater on his Manassas house and had
to sell it for a loss. Moved to Florida
for tax purposes. Lives in a tiny three
bed shanty in Florida now.
Seriously, thats a success to you? If
anything, it's a sad story about a former
millionaire who had it all and now has a
shack in Florida.
D&M post D&M_Show is a fascinating story, not of win and loss but of life. Doni also has his own replacement technique show and tho the boys could go onto satelitte I dunno if that's in the immediate future especially for chemistry sake.

So, anyway. Whatever. Mike is not the same and yet the same. Doni too, and Robb and Captain Thursdee and so forth.
