Some of my favorite D&M shows are the "morning after" ones, where the gang recap an appearance from the night before. And they have plenty of stories to tell about their appearance in Frederick, MD the previous evening, starting with a harrowing cross-country journey from the Fairfax studio to the venue. Once all the tales have been told, the show welcomes a mystery guest; I won't spoil it, but I have to admit that I was stumped. Highlight of the show has to be Freyda's idea that she and Don buy a coffee shop and cigar bar in Ocean City to run during the weekends. "That's a step down from having a band like Jack Diamond." Indeed.
I have always appreciated what Buzz
brought to the show, but he seamed to
shine in a different way in this episode.
In the news part was very funny,
especially concerning a juvenile in a
tree. Buzz is nice.
