D&M have planned an event where they are going to drive around
DC and hand out money to thank fans for the great ratings, but
some knucklehead forgot to requisition the cash from the
station's budget. So our guys go forward with the bit, handing
out cash FROM THEIR OWN BANK ACCOUNTS. Now, that's listener
appreciation!
